Specialisms of note are major partnership acquisitions, relationship building and International development. The pioneer of West Bromwich Albion's International development programme in India is a highlight of his career and he has illustrated determination and desire to make a difference. His India experiences have led to the acquisition of Premier Sports International www.sportinggi.in a grassroots development organisation that delivers football coaching to children of all levels of society and most recently representation of Indian Super League players.

Adrian was a former President of the Black Country Chamber of Commerce and also has access to many large and medium size businesses across the West Midlands with influence on major policy areas relating to the region.
